How to use Text Phone feature of Nokia 6021

I have got a nokia 6021. in the Settings>Enhancement settings there is
a feature called text phone. I want to know how to use it and how
useful it is? Do i require to have some additional enahncement tools
etc.?

Why don't you just answer the guy instead of pointing aimlessly at the
manual ( it's prolly not in the manual if it's the same as the Nokia 6822
one )

I've the feature on my 6822. I'm guessing here, but it's prolly to connect
a separate Textphone with keyboard device (like what deaf and people with
speech problems use)via Bluetooth, IR or USB, so you can use them on the
mobile/cellphone network instead of the usual landline.
