My new contract is offering one of the following phones. I have no
experience of any of them, and would welcome advice on which to choose. Are
some of these older models? Are some more reliable than others. What about
ease-of-use for functions such as Phonebook, Making calls, Calendar,
connecting to PC?

Hi Lester,
Nokia phones are very user friendly compared to other brands.
I am using a Nokia 6101 at present and it is good if you like a flip
phone although it has been superseded by the 6102 and 6103 and lacks
Bluetooth.
I have used the 6230i and it is also a very good phone, it has Bluetooth
and is a standard shape.
The Nokia 6111 is a slide phone where the keypad slides out from
underneath the screen, it also has Bluetooth. A friend of mine has
recently purchased one of these and is happy with it, I have not laid
eyes on it just yet but will get to play with it later this week.
I do not have any experience with the other phones listed but out of the
Nokia range I would personally toss up between the 6111 or the 6230i as
they have more features than the others.
