My Nokia 6010 displays "Insert SIM card". It had been working well for a couple of years. Is it worn out or what? I removed the battery , then put it back. I would suggest you cleaned the battery's metal strips, the oxidation on the metal is one of the most common faults on older Nokia phones (other brands old phones seems to have broken down long before the oxidation becomes a problem). //Aho |
