6600 system error, and BT cut

I got this new 6600. was good untill a self-messeging virus hit. SO I
formatted it. Back to fuction, but now, it cuts the blue tooth pairing
suddenly. giving msg( BT application closed). As I try to pait again,
sometimes it pairs, other times it simply gives (system error msg).
Restarting the phone worked sometimes, and failed many other
times...plz guys advise me...

return it to the retailer for a warranty job
