This site may help, but you will probably need a data cable

The 6280 cannot be unlocked except by the Original network

You don't say what network you are on or where you are, but, you may be
interested in the following.

When I bought my new Nokia that was on the Vodafone network I made
enquiries about this at the shop I bought it from.  I was told that the UK
was one of the few countries left where the price of the handset is
subsidised a little and the cost of unlocking it for other networks
reflects the subsidy.  It costs £20 for the shop to unlock it then any sim
card from any country can be used which should cover the cost of unlocking
it in no time especially if you travel abroad with it and purchase a sim
card used in that country.
