6280 Bluetooth not working

Hi has anybody had this problem with a 6280 with bluetooth not being
recognised
by other devices even though it is switched on ?

Have you made sure that you have set "My phone's visibilty" to "Shown to
all" in the Bluetooth menu?

tried everything nothing seems to work, however I did find this:
