nokia 6233 help

My nokia is showing the earphone sign so that all calls are silent. Not
something I knowingly did. (especially since I have no earphones)
How do I revert to normal?

It sounds like you have inadvertently changed the profile to silent
check your menu options for Profiles.

Already checked that profiles set to general not silent.
