What is the problem? I have been using it without a problem so far.

Downloaded the latest update on Sunday.
Plugged in my phone it began to reinstall the drivers
then black screen & restart
I got several errors on the restart and a "Windows has recovered from a
serious fault click here" message.
Can't actually remember the error messages and I'm not on that machine at
the moment, but I'm just going to try a re-install of the PC suite that came
with the phone and go from there, when I get chance.

Sounds to me like a download glitch, you should try downloading it again
and see if it works then.

Hi Rojos,
I have used latest PC Suite without having any problem.
I would suggest that you should re-download latest PC Suite and reinstall
it. One further word of caution, when downloading be careful to select your
handset when prompted to select your handset.

Before reinstalling (the last version of) PC Suite, I would defintely
suggest to remove PC Suite with the tool provided by Nokia.
Simply uninstalling a corrupted installation with the Windows un-install
standard procedure in not enough in our case.
The Nokia Removal tool deletes all entries in Windows Registry.
This tool was available hidden in a Nokia.com webpage but I do not know
if it's available anymore.
You can however do that manually, opening Regedit.exe and deleting all
entries related to PC Suite...of course after having done a Registry
Backup first!
Cheers
