No.  The just moved a lot of the operation from Germany to Hungary.  Cheap

Why would Nokia want to purchase something that is of no competition to
them?  Motorola have never been in the race with GSM or WCDMA handsets,
maybe back in the analogue phones but that was a long time ago now!
