hi there

my phone fell down loo (BEFORE!!) fished out then lost. claimed on
insurance, never gave any iemi numbers or other - they  may have from
when i bought the phone.

anyway - my replacement phone now is not working - so since i had
found the old one - i thought i'd give it a go and it will
send/receive texts but not calls.

is this locked? or faulty?

can i do anything?

many thanks

(kind of urgent)

It's blocked because you reported it lost, insurance paid out and the phone
is now the property of your insurance company.

Yes - i hear what you are saying.... but i dont think you answered my
question... Can you send out and receive Texts if the phone is
locked???
if you ARE answering my question, many thanks, but your answer is not
clear.

As john says, the phone is blocked so no texts or calls, plus it has liquid
damage which doesn't help. You maybe getting confused with "BLOCKED"
