Its like a Yahoo/MSN messenger status system, where you change your presence then everyone can see what you are doing before calling so people will know if you are in a meeting or something else, as far as i know none of the UK networks support it. Not really similiar, it's to entice folk who roam abroad! Also, they can produce the one phone to be used all over the world, therefore cheaper in total. I got this with my 7160, whats the point of including them on UK phones if they are not supported > as far as i know none of the UK networks support it.
