6230 personal ringtones

I have a Nokia 6230 and cannot for the life of me figure out how I can
assign different ringtones for various entries in my address book.

What have I missed?

I don't, I'm just hoping I can since with every other phone I've had it
was possible. And easy to do!

With the 6230 you've gotta group yr numbers into "Caller Groups"...Family,
Friends etc. Then you can assign a ringtone for that group but not for
individual entries in yr phonebook...least I don't think so!

You can assign a tone to a specific caller group and nominate that to an
entry of choice.
