Hitachi G1000 SMS

All-

Is anyone out there able to SEND sms messages from their g1000?  For
whatever reason, the "new" option is grayed out as if the service
isn't available...

Dump the G1000 and get a Treo600!!!
Great phone Great PDA, 10 hours talk time, size speed features fits in your
pocket like a pack of cigs.
TREOSMS600 software works great!
