I have a ready link phone with ready link service.  I was trying to access the
web site of www.readylink.sprintpcs.com and it asks me for a user name and
passcode.  I enter my vision user name and passcode and it says it is not
valid.  I also enter my pcs number under the user name and account passcode and
it is still not vaild.  Anyone know how to find out what your user name and
passcode is?  Sprint has no idea about the web site even though it is posted in
their news release for Ready Link!  Please help me out!

Judging from the language on the site, it looks like the website is
geared for corporate customers who plan on administering large groups of
readylink users, not individuals.

That is what I am!  I have a business account and we are getting rid of Nextel
and going with the ready link phones.  I will have around 45-50 employees I
need to add.

Antonio, have you tried calling CS and speaking with readylink tech support?

Some of us would be very, very interested in finding out how the performance
of ReadyLink compares to that of Nextel DirectConnect.

Direct Connect sounds like crap!  Ready Link sounds great!

Ready Link is so much better that Direct Connect.  It is crystal clear and
ALWAYS works.  I have NEVER had a problem and ALWAYS connected with no problems
unlike Nextel.  I just do not like idea that with ready link you can NOT alert
someone like Direct Connect.  U just have to start talking and hope they hear
your voice!
