Nope, you can't.
Take it to a sprint store.
Tell them you are having a problem with it, or you want to activate it
on your wife's acct, some song and dance like that. Tell them you
want to get a printout of the phonebook. They will look in the
computer and they will write a number on a piece of paper.
That is the MSL code you need. Make a note of it.
You can't call on the phone and get it, I can tell you.
Or if you have a friend with sprint service, have them switch their
phone for that one, and then back online. You will get the MSL during
that process.

In certain situations you can. I got the MSL for my wife's Kyocera 2255
when I bought another 2255 to replace it, and I needed to program the phone.
The CSR walked me through the programming process, and I now have the MSL.

Of course. But a non-customer cannot call on the phone and get it.
That's what the OP was trying to do.
He needs a little social engineering to get that code out of Sprint.

I want a new one. I know I could probally never find that. I just wish there
was a Motorola with Vision for Sprint! That would be great!
