10022 will be released in February. Changes made:

More digital roaming (not sure what areas)

Expanded international roaming in:

Taiwan
Saipan
Peru
India
Honduras
Colombia
Nicaragua

I'm on a F&CA plan and have PRL 10021. Today I called *2 just to listen
to the voice quality in a weak signal area under a building (but which
used to have no signal) and got the (new PRL) recording that says to
stay on the line for a free update. I thought maybe I'd been
automatically flagged for PRL 10022. I waited until the regular menus
played and then my PRL was 00999. After a reboot it was 10021.
Subsequent *2 attempts in a strong signal area did not produce the same
recording.

Tonight I called *2 from my wife's 8100 add-a-phone, got and waited
through the 'new PRL' recording, and her PRL remained at 10021.

Maybe I jumped the gun, and 10022 is not yet out. When I read on this
newsgroup that it's out, I'll try again.

Yeah they flagged a lot of people's accounts recently but it was all
for PRL 10021. They probably should have waited until 10022 was
released before doing that. 10022 should be out in about 2 weeks.
