Sony pulled out of the CDMA market after agreeing to sell the 608 through
Sprint and I believe Sprint only ended up getting about 10,000. Try eBay...

Following up on Steve's comments, you might try checking on eBay to see if
anyone is selling them.

Search on T608 cell phone at ebay.com
Going for around $240.

On the otherhand a SonyT637 is $99.99 after rebate if you switch to Cingular.

Dave,
I have a T608, and I should have listened to the old advice on this
newsgroup: I hate it. While I originally thought I could put up with the
'slow menus' everyone was talking about (I'm patient), it is much worse than
I gathered from reading the posts. The responses to keypresses are just
molasses-like, even if you 'think' you will be able to stand it. Plus
battery life is really horrendous.
The main reason I really wanted Bluetooth was to use my 2005 Chrysler Town &
Country's U-Connect speakerphone system. U-Connect works exceedingly well,
connecting to your phone via bluetooth to turn the car audio system into a
speakerphone. The voice recognition, feature set, and full-duplex sound
quality are all excellent.
Too bad SprintPCS thinks everyone with a bluetooth phone is a criminal that
wants to use the internet use via their laptop and bluetooth (a no-no
according to SPCS). This is no more likely than users of any other phone
with a cable, so why they are so against bluetooth is beyond me. Using
U-Connect is so much safer than trying to handhold/hand dial this tiny
phone. Automakers recognize the value of bluetooth in a phone; why can't
SPCS.
Oh, and for the record, I'm just about to dump my T608 for a different
phone - you're welcome to buy my 608 if you want it.
replies to newsgroup only please

An LG phone is in the pipeline that will have BT. I think it's the
325.
According to several sites, it's a due out by the 4th quarter. Of
course, any phone not yet released could be delayed. I personally
qualify for my "New For You" upgrade rebate, and I'm waiting for it.
