That's one way, using one of the software products out there. You can check
these products SnapMedia from Futuredial.com , or Data Pilot from
Susteen.com or Bitpim from http://bitpim.sourceforge.net/ and see whether
your phone model is supported.

You don't use minutes off your plan. You use Vision to send those pictures
to anyone's email. If you don't subscribe to Vision, it's going to cost you
$.01 per kb to send the data.

Assuming no Vision pack, of course. But he will *also*
have to pay a flat $5/month to retain access to PictureMail
in order to send pics that way.
BTW, you don't have to email them. You can simply upload
them to the Picturemail web site, which can then be
accessed at http://pictures.sprintpcs.com. Newer phones
look like they're going to have a different URL, but that's
the one for the VGA1000.
