I think it was last week that I was on a thread talking about getting new phone. Anywho, I called the number that my co-worker called to ge another phone. The guy on the other end was great, he actually go several of us phones at our company. He waived the activation fees an gave us each 1,000 minutes for $60.00 with their free Walkie talki phones and the free night minutes starting at 7:00 and free calling t every Sprint Pcs customer. True, however this rep may have more authority than what's published on the web. Bob I know that we'll get everything we were offered, and yes we spoke to business center that sells business and residential, but they ha offers that we couldn't get in a store. The 60 day extended retur policy is only available on some phones with some deals, but we hav everything in writing and on a binding contract even the extended 6 days. Because they sell nationwide and they are trying to leverage th competition they have a lot more lead way than stores or the web. But I greatly appreciate all of the replies |
