I got this phone yesterday and had it activated at the Sprint store.   I
went home and started reading the manual and configuring the phone.  I was
kind of surprised to find that when I went to 'my pcs' on the Sprint website
they had allready changed my phone model info.
The manual is loaded with the phrase: "to learn how to use this feature
visit sprintpcs.com".  I guess the phone has too many features to include
all of them in the manual.  Having half of the too-small manual devoted to
spanish doesn't help.  They should have printed a separate manual for other
languages, and kept the detail level up.  It doesn't even have an index, for
crying out loud, or even a picture of the various screen icons with
explanations.  I think they assigned the manual writing to a group of people
who never saw the phone, or one like it.
I have visited my pcs, and can't find the online manual for the 7400.
Anyone else have any luck?

Here ya go -
http://www.sanyo.com/wireless/handsets/downloads/MM-7400%20Users%20Guide.pdf
. Once the file has downloaded, save it to your hard drive.

SPCS does not print up the full manual, as not everyone will use all the
features. They just provide the basics, to get up and running. It's more
cost effective for them to have the manual on line, to where users can
download it. They provide flash demos on their site to show how to do
things.

I forgot to plug in the main Sanyo page into the former post. Here it is -

see all those different face plates available.

Bob::thinking I'd like the Black Onyx::

Best to use the User's Guide from the Sanyo site:
