I inquired about this bug previously here - the Sanyo 4920
apparently switches by itself from "SPCS" to "Automatic roaming".
Apparently I'm not the first to report this.

My question is, how do I get the message to anyone who can do
something about it?

    Thanks in advance, DGI

If you mean that under Settings/Roaming you have the Set Mode to "Sprint",
might I ask what you have the Call Guard set to?

I put the Set Mode to SPRINT and the Call Guard to ON last year sometime
and I have *never* had it switch from those settings.  I'm not saying
that's it, but maybe you should check it.

Thanks very much for the tip, Kevin. I had Call Guard off,
because it seemed superfluous if I had the phone set for Sprint only.
I've applied it, and will keep an eye on the phone to see if it has an
effect.

I would still call this a bug if the phone's doing this. Or to
put it another way, if it were part of the known operation of the
phone I'd think it would be in the User's Manual.

I suppose it's possible that not all units behave the same
way.
