why would I get message 'Javascript required to sign it' when trying to sign
in to MSN Hotmail?

Sprint sent updates (2) to my phone when I called *2, but I haven't been
able to reach technical support yet.  I have tried power off/on; no
difference.

Otherwise, phone works OK.

VGA1000 w/unlimited Vision; Sprint customer since 5/2004.

Do any cellular phone browsers (WAP browsers, not the real Web browsers
found in PDAs) actually implement Javascript?

How, exactly, are you trying to get into Hotmail?  If you're typing in
the same URL as you use on a PC, that's the problem.  The WAP browsers
built into the phones can't support that.

If you're using a Vision link, then you need to contact Vision Tech
Support.  It might be temporary, but the Hotmail WAP portal might be
down.

thanks for the reply O/Si.

I have accessed Hotmail thru Vision, never thru URL.  I just do the
'messageing' option, then 'email', then 'hotmail'.  Then I enter Hotmail
userid & passw.

I have contacted Sprint tech support, and Hotmail support.  Both refer me to
the other; they don't have a clue.

As I said previously, it used to work just fine.

Well &*^%&^!!!

It's up to Hotmail to fix it, but Vision Tech Support is supposed to
fill out a trouble ticket on it.

It's pathetic that I've been gone from Sprint since LAST July and I
still seem to know so much more than them.
