I am pissed about a few things...The dumbass at the sprint store said he was
taking care of my rebate of $150 when i purchased my Treo.

Well, I find out today that he never put in the rebate request.  Good job
dumbass...Especially when I asked him several times if he was handling the
rebate.

The second thing I'm pissed about?

I have been going over my mintues on my $100 plan....My bills have jumped to
about $450/month for the past 3 months...I have been checking online to see
if there is a plan that would cover my minutes, or I would just have to
cutback on mintues.

Turns out THERE IS A PLAN for $135 which would cover me...But for some
stupid reason, the plan isn't listed online...WTF????

I called Executive Services at least 15 times...They kept transferring me to
the regular customer service morons...So I kept calling back asking for an
old Exec rep I used to talk to...They finally transferred me to a
super-higher up in Exec Svcs...

She told me that Sprint didn't put the $135 plan online because their
research showed that no one was interested in that plan...What kind of damn
nonsense is that?????  I found out about the plan when asking a customer rep
of my balance...

Anyway, it looks like I will get credit for those months I went way
over...She will compare my mintues to the new $135 plan i signed up for.

I argued that Sprint was bleeding me dry while hiding a plan that would have
kept my bill around the $150 mark versus $450...

Again...Good job Sprint...I need to write the damn FTC on this crap....Don't
show me the available plan that could have saved me $300/month :/

I have 3500 anytime minutes for $150 on two phone lines. Sprint even offers
more minutes. I think they offer 4500  or 5000 minutes. I have had my 3500
plan for the past 7 months.

I have had the opposite experience. Sprint rules!!! I am saving $$$ as
compared to my previous experience with Verizon and their network is better
than Verizon's.

*Averaging* $500? Maybe you should look into a plan with more minutes.
Use the wrong plan with too few peak minutes and you'll be paying out the
nose, no matter which carrier.
