Unless your phone let's you set the volume for each different
individual type of ringer (calls, alarms, messaging, etc.), you'll
have to use a midi editor to adjust the volume of the source midi. In
the midi editor that I use, the volume level of a note is adjusted by
changing the note's velocity.
