I believe you're served out of the Dallas switch site, which is mated
with the New Orleans site, which is under water. It may be timing out
due to increased amounts of activity in the wake of the storm.

I haven't been able to connect to Vision lately, either.  I'm in Denver.

It would be pretty ironic if my Vision service was dependent on something
in New Orleans, seeing as how many companies put facilities here in Denver
due to the low disaster potential. :/

No Vision service in DFW either.  It would be nice if Sprint could put
some updates about this outage on their website.
