I'm looking for a cell phone that would jump start my car if I leave
my headlights on.. Know any?

Do you mind if it weighs 60 pounds?
Buy a car battery. Go to radio shack and get a cig. lighter jack to connect
to it. Plug a auto cell phone adapter into the cig lighter jack.
If your car needs a jump, connect the jumper cables to your new battery.

I like this idea. Plus my phone will run for weeks without a
re-charge.

They all will. Just use the phone to call for help, whether it be a
friend, a tow truck, whatever.
