sounds a little too good to be true.
here is how it works out.

current $40 for 500 minutes + $5 for America no roaming + $20 each for 2 additional phones = $85 per month.

new $59.99 for 550 minutes + $10 for 3rd phone = $69.99 - %10 = 62.99 for total savings of $22.01 per monthy.

not to shabby I guess.
