Does anyone have the Samsung MM-920? I would like a brief report on the
phone. How is the Bluetooth also.

Very nice phone, of course with alot of features and the abiltiy to play
music and movies.
My 1 real complaint is the speaker phone is pretty weak.
Bluetooth is hobbled - You are limited to using it for a wireless earpiece,
and transfer of contacts.

Just bought one today for my gf.
How do you put mp3s on it without buying them from the sprint store?
I tried downloading one from my web site and emailing one to the phone.
The web site method resulted in the phone saying "Document too large"
The email method resulted in an autorelpy from from my email server saying
the destination server said the message was too large.
Thanks,
Todd W.

&type=product&id=1089890841617
It has a OEM USB cable... dont see why I cant use that. Is there no software
for this thing?

You must get a transflash reader [$10] then transfer them to the microchip
via usb port on a computer.
Pretty easy process.
The supplied 32mb chip is obviously not very useful, therefore you should
splurge an extra $50 or so and get a 512 card or 1mb, that way you'll be able
to store many mp3s, and movies if you wish.
So yes, you are looking at investing more into this phone to make it useful.

This is a very nice phone, but it has one serious omission: it doesn't
have analog reception capability. Now, you might say that's old
technology, but if you travel a lot, you will find yourself in places
where Sprint's digital coverage (which has improved significantly in
the last few years) is spotty and when you need to make that emergency
call, analog is good to have. I think it's a shame they left it out
since some of the cheaper phones (like the Samsung 840) does include
analog.
You can't have everything.

I have the 920 also, can any of you tell me if when you charge this phone
does the outside LCD screen stay lit as well as the red light . I have this
phone and could have sworn that when charging the only light on was the red
charge light . All in all I love this phone .
