I also notice that they've taken the Sanyo 4920 off their
"endangered species" list. Only two weeks ago I was jumping through
hoops just trying to get a battery for one of mine, and reps at my
store were talking about it as if they hadn't seen one since rotary
dials. I don't really get their "strategy" on phone roll-outs. At the
same time reps couldn't get me a battery for my wife's 4920, I was
chatting with a tech who said that in his department's opinion the
4920 was one of the best handsets they've ever sold.
