This might be of interest to some in this group. My Files Watcher sends
text message alerts to cell phone or an e-mail address if files or
folder on your system are access, changed, created, deleted, etc.etc.
You specify which folders you want to know about and the app runs
quitely in the background. It also notifies about launched programs,

And will transfer Quicken files to you?

It doesnt do any file transfers, however a feature is planned in the
future version where you'd be able to send e-mail attachments remotely.

BTW, My Files Watcher and the ringtone creator there (Media Shop) are
one bundle, meaning get one and you also get the other.
