Amplifier for Sprint PCS Novatel Card

I occasionally do some work just outside Sprint's coverage area.
Looking for a way to amp my signal so I work on the internet from
further away.

I know a few companies, like Wilson Electronics, make amplifiers for
cellular phones, would these work for a Novatel wireless card?

Wilson makes an adapter specifically for the Novatel...
