Have daughters in school at western IL and Rhode Island. We live in the
burbs of Chicago. Sprint service is fine in those areas. In Florida around
Venice, Englewood, and North Port is terrible. It was fine last year. My one
daughter will be doing an internship there soon. Does she need to go to a
sprint store and have some tower code punched in? My relatives there have
sprint and the service is fine for their phones.
Any help?
Thanks

Send an email to ecare2@cc.sprintpcs.com, tell them your Sprint number(s),
and ask for a PRL Update. (PRL = Preferred Roaming List)

Follow the directions you receive in the email confirmation, and you're set!

Uhhh, I think... turn the phone off and then turn it back on. Give that a
try and see if it works for you. :-)
Note: If the phone doesn't go off and then come back on, you did something
wrong.
