AudioVox PPC-6700 Wi-Fi Questions

Does anyone currently have an AudioVox PPC-6700 that is
activated to an account,
but IS NOT activated with Sprint Vision,
and IS NOT activated with any Data plan?

My next question is:
Without being activated to Vision nor Data,
are you still able to access "FREE Wi-Fi" with it?

(A totally UNactivated 6700 will access FREE, non-Sprint
Wi-Fi OK.)

The PPC 6700 is a Vision phone. It is my understanding that all
Vision phones can access data. If they are used to access data, it will
either be covered under a Vision plan or charged by the amount of data
used, both up and down. In other words, not having a Vision plan does
not mean that the phone can not access data.
