Treo 650 Speed Dial From Dial Pad?

I have tried to figure out if it is possible to set the touch screen
dial pad as speed dial numbers. The number 1 key is already set to
voicemail. Can you set the others? If so, how?

I don't think you can use the numbers -- you can only use letters. You
edit a shortcut button and select a letter.
