contacting Sprint

I need to contact Sprint about my latest bill and would prefer to do this by
email rather than phone.

I've heard mention of  'ecare', but I just cannot find the proper way to
send an email to get support when I access my account online.  When I click
'Contact Us", it just says to send an email about Products and Services, but
in my case I would like to get my bill corrected.

How do get email support with Sprint??

I could of course use *2, but the last time I did this they told me they
would do something and it never happened.

Thanks

Thanks Seth.

I should have seen this.

Now if I can just describe my problem in 52 characters...

Don't even try - the response to that screen will just be a list of
FAQs, followed by a "Continue" button to *really* email e-care if the
FAQs didn't answer your "question". Sorry, I should have pointed that
out.

You're also better off using the web form than emailing direct, as the
SSL web form has a place for account PIN. If you email direct, you won't
want to send your account PIN unencrypted (at least I wouldn't). Without
the PIN, the need to validate your account will slow up their response.

My own personal experience with e-care has been good. They may take a
day or two to answer your query, but, overall, they seem to know what
they're doing. (Horror stories about *all* aspects of Sprint CS abound,
of course - YMMV.)

ECare goes to India, where anything that's the least bit complicated,
they will send you some boilerplate telling you to call their 800
number.

They were joking.

Forget it.  All you'll get that way are irrelevent form letters.

That is normal for sprint.  It can take up to 5 attempts.  On attempt 3,
you need to whine profusely and get a manager who will promise stuff and
not deliver.  I've had good results at attempt 4 or 5.

If you are interested in emailing ecare directly, the address is as
follows:

ecare@cs.sprintpcs.com [ecare2@cs.sprintpcs.com and
ecare3@sprintpcs.com are also available]

What you will want to make sure that you include is the following

1]  Account Holders Sprint PCS number
2]  Account Holders Billing Address of Record.
3]  Account Holders Email Address of Record.
4]  A Extremely detailed desciption of the issue you are concerned
about, including PCS number the concern is on if it is different than
the Account Holders.
