Step one, return to sprint a brand new phone and any other incentives
they gave you. Make sure you return the difference in plan charges
between your contract and the by-month rate for somebody with no contract.
Baring that, try trading your contract: http://www.celltradeusa.com/
Aaron,
Why would you want to get our of your contract with Sprint? Sprint is the
best cell phone service provider and since you are already with the best,
why do you want to switch?

Because the service in my area sucks worse then it ever did with T-Mobile.
The data is unreliable and slow here in Central Florida. The reps are
incompetent, illiterate, and incredibly hard to understand. After just
three months, my phone is shot, and Sprint is saying that they can't do
anything about it, /despite/ the fact that I bought the insurance. I came
to Sprint to take advantage of the SERO plan, but it's just not worth the
hassle.
Reason enough?
