Motorola has added a software update for the Sprint ic402 on its
Support site:

http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/motosupport/source/softwareupdateselect.asp
?country=USA&language=ENS

First select "Sprint" from the Select Carrier Type menu, then select
"ic402", and then download the tool.

Any idea what this changes? I noticed there's an update for the ic50
as well. My in-laws have that phone. I wasn't able to find
changelog anywhere
