From the Mogul "Full Feature List":

"Phone As Modem Compatibility"

"Use the included USB cable or Bluetooth with a Phone As Modem Service
Plan to connect your PC to the Internet."

Yes you can use both a USB cable or BT PAN and you select which one you want
to use when you run "Internet Sharing" on the Mogul.

BTW  I use BT PAN all the time.  I like being able to have internet access
on my laptop without any wires..

Use a search engine to look up "Modem NAI" and you will see there is a lot
of information about it.
