I would not call this rumor but rather fact!  I am another defector,
on the 17th of next month I will be going to T-Mobile.  Who can
resist, WAY better data rates, better coverage where I live, and
slightly better customer service.  Only thing that AT&T had going for
it was the plethora of phones available, they always updated what was
available, unlike T-Mo which seems to offer new phones every 2
quarters or so!
