Got new prepaid card from ebay on Monday. I changed areacode today with tmo
customer service. However I can only receive SMS and browse TZONE using
WAP. However cannot make calls or receive calls. Called customer service
twice and went to TMO store but no luck.

Any suggestions? TIA!

Ive done this 3 times now and I was lucky as my new numbers worked almost as
soon as I got off the phone with the rep. But they do tell you that it takes
from 2 to 24 hours for your number to become active.Did you get the text
message from tmo telling you your number? Has your time expired? Maybe there
are no minutes left? I know 2 of the ones I bought expired on May 20th but I
refilled before then to get the 1 year deal. Maybe it will just take time for
the number to become active.

My new card balance shows 60 minutes and due to expire on July 12th. The
ebay seller promiced 1 year but it's only 90 days. I have an idle TMO SE
T300 (my old phone) so it's good to go.

It's Fixed after few calls to TMO customer service. :-)
