Hi there.  I'm going to be in Montreal and Toronto for a couple of
weeks and just wondering how the service is up there... is any call
made in Canada considered roaming?

Thanks!

Unless you have a grandfathered "North American Neighborhood" plan all
calls in Canada are roaming and will be billed at 69 cents/minute.

If you are going to be up there for a time if your handset is unlocked
why not get a prepaid account with Fido or Rogers?  It's CAD25 plus
whatever airtime voucher you add.

Define "Roaming". Questions like this are quite often easily answered if the
brain is engaged prior to the fingers typing.
