I have a Samsung N105 and I've been using it for about two years. I
asked a SIM unlock code to T-mobile's e-mail support and they said
"IMEI = [350183894398791]  We have received your SIM Unlock Request.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time
because the given IMEI is shown as "invalid character in IMEI" in our
SIM Unlock Database"

The IMEI number I gave them is correct... Please look at
http://members.verizon.net/~puppy007/cellphone.jpg Why can't they
provide an unlock code for my phone?

I dunno. Weird that the graphic has a / before the 1 on the phone, where
there are several on the box.

Ask them if they need that one /. Mebbe that's it.

These links imply that the last digit should in many cases be '0'. Why
not try giving them the code with a zero to see if that works?

Where did you get the IMEI from? Sticker or *#06#?

Verify the electronic shown IMEI on display and resubmit your request
stating you verfied from the display...
