I use Treo 600 which does not have options for sms delivery confirmation. I have heard that on some other carriers, you can type *R* or *N# or *0# at the beginning of a text message to get the service. I've tried them all to no avail. I'd suggest you explore all the options of your software first, as the Treo 600 SMS program may implement it in the same way.
