I have a T-Mobile V600. I am able to connect to my laptop via bluetooth..
However I am unable to connect using GPRS. Problem is that when I dial
*99***3#, *99#, *99***1, and any other combination it doesn't connect. But
when I use Motorola Phone Tools and connect using their internet connection
it works.  Is there a way i can connect without using mobile phone tools?
The error message I get is:  error 734: PPP Link control protocal was
terminated.

Any Ideas?

Are you dialing from the phone or from the laptop?
I think it has to be dialed from the laptop.
Just set up a DUN connectoid in Windows.
