Hello, I was hoping to purchase 2 phones from amazon and have both
activated under a Family Plan.  However theres a new RIM Blackberry
phone that I heard about that supposedly will be coming out soon that
would really fit my needs, so in the meantime could I just order 1
phone from amazon + a $39 plan, then at a later date when the new
phone finally becomes available order that phone and switch both over
to a Family Plan without penalty? Or will I be stuck under the
contract I started with? Thanks for any info!

Yes you can start with one...  and combine new line and old into family
later, you may have to extend for toal of one year at that time again...

Just make sure you can combine the blackberry service (I assume you want it
for the emails) on a family plan.
