i want to block my caller id whenever i use this phone (t610). i see how it
is done on a per call basis, but how do you do you make it stick for all
calls?

use standard gsm codes or call your provider to permanently block it

Did you not see that they said for *all* calls? #31# will just hide
caller ID for the present call you are making.
