Nooooooo! The first and primary European GSM band is "900 MHz", the
secondary band is "1800 MHz". If you are buying a phone to use all over
Europe you need at least "900 MHz" to get service everywhere. Having "1800"
is a benefit as it gives you more options, but a phone that has only "1800"
is inadequate for use all over Europe.
