No. At least at this point this model is being exclusively offered by
Cingular. So TM may not carry this model at all.  

No, but you can buy unlocked ones on ebay and use your TMo SIM with no
problem. I paid $585 for one in November and do just that - prices have
probably dropped some by now.  TMo will d/l the settings for T-Zones and
MMS over the air.

Take this with a grain of salt, by a product manager at corporate told me
they had no plans to carry this phone. Buy it unlocked.
