Upload photo from PC to Motorola V300 phone?

I have a Motorola V300 phone, and would like to use a jpeg image from my
computer as the wallpaper on the phone. I can't figure out how to do this,
is it possible and how?

I'm using T-Mobile service if that is relevant.

You can move pictures to the phone through Mobile Phone Tools.
