Help!  T-Mobile has no GPRS service in Wichita Falls,TX.  It started about 2
1/2 weeks ago being intermitten.  Then 3 days ago (4/25), it went out
completely.  Repeated calls to T-Mobile result in trouble tickets and
service requests that are closed, with "no problem found."  Can anyone shed
any light as to how to get this fixed?  I have a Blackberry that I use for
work, and it's ridiculous not getting any emails.  And if this issue is not
resolved in a timely manner, how can I get out of my contract?  Anyone
successfully done it?

Jason, has it literally been the whole town or just areas you're in?
If you can give them ZIP codes or addresses when you call, it greatly
helps them isolate the issue.

I give specific streets and intersections everytime I call.  I thought it
may be the whole town, but I realized it may be just towers near my house
and where I work.
